I LOVE this cookbook!! Im serious, I have never once bought (or found) a cookbook that made me want to make every single recipe inside. I even went to the store and stocked up on pantry staples so I am able to whip up any of these recipies right away! Ive had this less than a week and I've already made two cookies (Best Friend and Salted Chocolate Chunk), and theyre instant crowd pleasers.Being lactose intolerant, it is important to me to be able to find some good desserts I can bake using substitutions, and this book does that wonderfully. The chocolate chunk cookies had people asking me what I used to replace the egg, and were surprised when I said nothing, that they were so good even without an egg or egg substitute! The Best Friend cookies I used DF butter in and they came out just as perfectly, and I recently got my hands on some DF heavy whipping cream so now I can REALLY make all the recipes in this book!I have always considered cookies to be my favorite thing to bake, and the one thing everyone around associates me with, and this cookbook is really going to elevate my game. I was so tired of seeing the same few recipes on pinterest, and none of those even came close to this cookbook! Ive also talked with the author on instagram, and she's insanely nice and really encourages those who have tried recipes in her cookbook. I dont write reviews for books on here often, but I just needed to share this for the world to see!
